Regarding occupational health and safety management, they commended Zhongji for creating a safe and healthy working environment for employees, with effective implementation of safety training and protective measures.

        The audit team also provided valuable suggestions for improvement. In the environmental management system, they recommended further optimization of the resource recycling process. Additionally, they proposed establishing a more comprehensive customer feedback collection and analysis mechanism, so as to facilitate more timely improvements in products and services.

       In response to these suggestions, ZCG promptly took action and formulated a detailed improvement plan. The company clarified the responsible departments and timelines to ensure the effective implementation of all improvement measures.
