2.Scope of Tender and Contracting Method:

Scope of Tender: The tender for the Yongnian District Party School Construction Project is divided into three bid sections, including interior decoration engineering, exterior wall decoration and roofing engineering, and outdoor stone paving engineering. Details are provided in the Bill of Quantities and drawings.

3.Construction Period and Quality Requirements:

The planned construction periods are as follows (the commencement date is tentative and subject to the notice of the employer):

Bid Section I: Labor service subcontracting for interior decoration engineering: June 20, 2024 to September 8, 2024

Bid Section II: Labor service subcontracting for exterior wall decoration and roofing engineering: June 19, 2024 to August 21, 2024

Bid Section III: Labor service subcontracting for outdoor stone paving engineering: August 15, 2024 to September 10, 2024

Quality Requirements: Meet the national construction quality acceptance standards for qualified projects

4.Bidder Qualification Requirements:

(1) If the bidder is a legal entity, it must have a valid business license, qualifications, and safety permit, and possess corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.

(2) If the bidder is a natural person, they must have a good personal credit record, no criminal record, and possess corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds, with a corresponding commitment. After the labor construction team is awarded the bid, we will entrust a third-party construction unit with labor construction management qualifications to manage on our behalf and sign a labor construction contract, and charge a management fee of 4.5%.

(3) Subcontracting and subcontracting are not allowed in this tender.

(5) Each bidder may submit bids for the above-mentioned bid sections, but may not win bids for multiple sections.

5.Bid Evaluation Method:

This project establishes a second quotation, and the bidder with a reasonable low price after evaluation will be selected as the bid winner candidate.
